We use an established and secure payment site called Authorize.net to capture information for all regular payments.  Your information is shared only with Authorize.net and is automatically encrypted.  Call + Response is only given the information needed to fulfill your order.  You may view their privacy policy at authorize.net.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to process and ship. 1st class US Postal Service could take 2-9 business days to deliver your package.  If you would like express shipping, please contact us before placing your order at 510.465.2290.  We are currently only shipping orders to North America and Australia.  If you would like to purchase the DVD and live outside these areas, please contact us to discuss your options.  hq@callandresponse.com

1. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to company error.
2. All returns must be unworn and in resalable condition.
3. Returns will only be accepted within 31 days of the original ship date.
